Weekly Update for next week!

Warner School Community, After seeing a significant spike in illnesses a couple of weeks ago; we went to highly recommending mask wearing while at school. We have now seen a general reduction in students’ absences with sickness. Due to the general decline over the last week here at the school and trending decline county wide; we will be returning to optional masks in the school and see what will happen to our absence concerns for students and staff. It is quite possible we could return to highly recommending masks or even mandating masks for everyone to enter the building if we see our numbers increase again. Staff members may also require students to wear masks if they are working in groups or in close contacts. We will continue to monitor illnesses for students and staff, and be ready to make changes as the need arises. Just a reminder! We will have a send off this morning at 8:25 a.m. for our state bound One Act Play! Public welcome to meet in the lunchroom.

Our Wild Monarchs are off to Ipswich tonight to wrestle in the LRC tournament. Wrestling starts at 6:00 pm in the Ipswich Auxiliary Gym located in the high school. There will be no live stream for this event. Go Wild Monarchs!!

The Monarch basketball teams are in action tonight in the Warner Arena. The Monarchs take on Leola/Frederick with the JV girls starting at 4:00 the JV Boys at 5:15. Check out the attached flyer for the "Suits & Sneakers" Warner/Faulkton doubleheader next Tuesday, February 1st. Faulkton had a student athlete that was recently diagnosed with Leukemia. They will be serving a pork loin meal and have a 50/50 split pot on Tuesday during the games. All profit will benefit Kayden and his family.

JH BBB and C team BBB at Aberdeen Christian tonight. Game will be held on the Aberdeen Christian Campus. 6th, 7th grade game at 6:00. 8th grade game at 7:00 and C game at 8:00. Go Monarchs!!
