The Warner/Northwestern wrestling team is in action tonight in Arlington.

Due to unforeseen circumstances, the basketball DH at Britton Friday, January 21st has been postponed. Please be watching for announcements on make up dates.
Due to unforeseen circumstances, the JH boys basketball games at Redfield tomorrow night have been cancelled. There will be practice in the old gym at 5:30.
There has been a time change for the basketball DH in Britton on Friday. Both JV games will now be played at 5:00. Varsity girls will follow at approximately 6:30 and varsity boys will follow the girls game at approximately 8:00

Warner School Community,
Due the recent spike in COVID-19 positive cases, Influenza, and various illnesses that have kept people out of school, we are HIGHLY RECOMMENDING all students wear masks to enter the building and wear those masks in common areas and when they cannot socially distance themselves from staff and students starting TOMORROW (1/18/22). We understand the inconvenience this presents for everyone involved, but we believe this will help avoid a greater spread within our school. If our numbers continue to rise throughout the week, we will make the transition to mandatory mask wearing for the next couple of weeks.
Our staffing needs continue to be stressed as more and more staff are impacted by the increase in all illnesses. We are asking everyone to do their part to help keep everyone as healthy as possible. Staff may require masks for students while they are in class or working in groups. Please have a mask with you at all times so you can accommodate classroom requests.
Due to unforeseen circumstances, the JH boys basketball games at Roncalli tonight have been cancelled. There will be practice tonight in the new gym at 5:30.
BBB will be made up on Monday, January 24th in Langford. JH at 5:15, JV will be played at 6:30, Varsity to follow.
Warner Monarch JH Boys basketball Monday January 17th at Roncalli. 4:00 (6th and 7th) 5:00 (8th). These games are now being held at Roncalli High School NOT Roncalli Elementary. Go Monarchs!!

Due to the pending inclement weather tomorrow, the girls varsity basketball game with Florence/Henry has been postponed. The junior high boys basketball game in Leola scheduled for tomorrow has also been postponed. Reminder there are no games in Langford tonight. This Spring's parent-teacher conferences are scheduled for Feb 17 and we will again be utilizing the scheduling program YouCanBookMe for sign up. Mr. Johnson will be distributing the links for scheduling on Jan 28, 2022.
Elementary Conferences will be held throughout the day beginning at 8:30am with a break for lunch and supper. Elementary conferences can be scheduled in 15-minute segments. There will be No School for Elementary Students on Thursday, February 17, 2022.
MS/HS Students will have school on Feb 17th with a 12:30 Dismissal with P/T Conferences starting at 1:00pm with a 30 minute break for supper at 5:30-6:00 pm. MS/HS Conferences will run on 10 minutes segments.
Rather than Mrs. Lane scheduling times for families, each family will have the ability to schedule their own conferences. We will also be utilizing Zoom as an option for a remote conference.
We anticipate staying on schedule may be a challenge for everyone. We ask that even though conferences are scheduled in 10 & 15-minute blocks, we limit a conference to 7 & 10 minutes. This allows teachers to get logged on to Zoom or prepare for their next conference.
In summary:
ALL conferences are scheduled by parents
No School for JK-5, 12:30pm Dismissal for 6-12
All Conferences are EITHER via Zoom OR In-person
MS/HS parents are still welcome to “just show up” but will be limited to available times not already pre-scheduled
Please limit each Elementary conference to 10 minutes
Please limit each MS/HS conference to 7 minutes
